  2. Thanks, I'm trying to put that into the James's final design....he looks more awkward that way, but for a 40 something old man, the early sketches couldn't work for me :)

  3. Hey Akinbiyi - great to see these character sketches; lots of charm, and I really like the head studies for James on the second sheet - I like the middle one; he looks meek, but not creepy. One bit of advice: I think your background colour wash is too dominant right now; I love the fact you're branding and thinking about your presentation (one of your strengths), but just consider dialing it back, and perhaps adding some additional oomph to your drawings in terms of their contrast.

  4. These Martha sketches are really great! First one looks a bit like Jessica Rabbit, though number three with both eyes visible looks amazing : )

  5. Yeah I was worried about that, I was looking to Jessica Rabbit for inspiration and think I got to a point where she looked too much like her, the final Model sheet would be very different....I hope

  6. love the Charcaters Kinbi. I love how you exaggerated early James and it still comes out geeky, thats a good thing. Martha's looking good aswell, i would say something built around the middle face, the rest of the faces are looking like i've seen them before especially that first one, you want a unique face to your story and character. in addition i would say go with the body. well done Kinbi :D
